Anyone who has followed my posts over the last couple weeks knows that I've been compiling a list of books on PTSD (caused by any source: not just combat), and I've tweeted this list at Donald Trump as many times as I've been able to over the last two weeks(I'm human and have other responsibilities, so it's not as many as I'd like).
Today, because I am blessed to have such great support from the folks at Passages North, an essay I wrote about "why" I am taking the time to toss tweets that will likely just bounce harmlessly off Trump Tower has been published on their blog.
Please take a minute to read that essay here: Reading Recommendations for Donald Trump: On PTSD.
And while you're there, maybe you want to see the non-political stuff they are doing: which is great. Or maybe submit some writing to them? Or just leave a comment and say hello?
All right. Thanks so much to Jennifer Howard for working with me on this. I know that there are a lot of people who wouldn't be willing to take a side for fear of alienating people. Well I guess it's alienating time. (How is it that Sigourney Weaver never spoke that phrase in any of Alien movies?)
